The Cash Store can arrange for cash advances for customers for amounts from $100 to $1500. In order to receive a cash advance, the customer is required to provide:
- Proof of income
- Most recent bank statement up to date
- 2 forms of identification (one photo - Government issue)
- Confirmation of physical address

Customers must be 18 or older, have a source of income and a current bank account. Payday Loans are issued for a maximum of 16 days. The Cash Store also provides short term loans to customers receiving Centrelink benefits. In New South Wales payday loans are provided by Assistive Financial Corp.
